Merry Christmas! I think that this picture speaks for itself really. Savanna was not into talking much less taking a picture with Santa. Griffin on the other hand took full advantage and quickly went over his long wish list in detail with Santa. Mom on the otherhand was thrilled to not have to be in the picture this year. I learned after the first year when I got caught not looking my best but Savanna would not go into the picture except on my lap. So for the past 3 years I would get ready for the picture too, just in case. This year, I just looked nice on the side and I was thrilled. Hope all of your holidays are filled with fun memories and love.

We had such a nice Thanksgiving this year. We headed up to Salt Lake to my sister-in-law's house where she hosted for 30 of us. The kids got to see their cousins and had so much fun spending time with them. They played hide-n-seek and watched movies together and just had fun. This was the first year I think that they really appreciated getting to see their cousins. Greg's sister's family and his brother's family were there, his parents and our family and his brother-in-law Robert's brother George's family plus some extra friends. It was great and chaotic and the food was awesome as always. Griffin ate so much turkey and made me promise to make one when we got home. Savanna just had mac n cheese, not ready for turkey yet, I guess. Savanna loved playing with her cousin's turtles and another cousin's new puppy. My kids love animals so much, I wonder who they got that from? I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday as much as we did. We are very fortunate to be able to live close enough to family that we can drive and be together for the holidays. Now we are are Santa watch. HO HO HO!

Yeah, a Halloween post finally! I got it up before Christmas, not bad. We had so much fun and so many parties for Halloween. We had school parties, church trunck or treat and then trick or treating in our neighborhood. Greg decided he would rather take the kids out than to stay home and pass out candy. He also thought it would be a good idea to take Bruzer along for this. Then he went to our neighbor's house who asked him to also take her 2 girls along with them as her husband was out of town. Needless to say, if you know Greg, multi-tasking with kids (especially a lot of kids) plus one dog by himself, is not good. When Greg got home, he looked like he was coming home from war and when I saw he had 2 extra kids, I just started laughing. All he wanted to do at that point was go in the back and watch t.v. and relax. So the kids, bruzer and I finished handing out candy. Which, I think the kids like passing out candy even more than going to get it. Anyway, now I need to post Thanksgiving! I am off!
